AsOneSolutions was founded by Mike Falvey in 2020 following an executive career in both the public and private sector and as a Partner of one the “Big 4”. We have a wide network of highly experienced SMEs which allows us to respond on an agile basis to client requirements. We work as one network to bring expertise and learning’s from across sectors and disciplines.
We are flexible, agile, pragmatic and entrepreneurial. We love a challenge and through our extensive network and contacts we can configure innovative and bespoke solutions – and if we can’t we will tell you. But we might be able to help define your challenge to ensure you have the greatest opportunity to resource or source a solution.

Professional and Industry Experience
· Mike was a Lead Partner within KPMG’s People Practice – People Powered Performance, which advised clients in the UK and Globally on workforce and HR solutions designed to address their key people and talent issues to drive business performance. His key area of focus was Workforce Transformation including workforce analytics.
Mike was a Non Executive Director on the advisory board of KPMG’s People Practice prior to joining as a Partner.
· Mike was Corporate Services Director at Four Seasons Healthcare (owned by private equity - TerraFirma), which employed 34,000 people in over 500 locations. He was responsible for Human Resources, IT, Sales and Marketing, Strategy and Government relationships.
· Mike was Chief People Officer and Director General Communications, Marketing and PR at HMRC, which employed 75,000 people.
· Prior to that he was Director General Human Resources and Transformational Change at Department for Communities and Local Government.
· Mike also worked for SIRVA (owned by Private Equity - Clayton, Dubilier & Rice) in a number of roles including Vice President HR-EMEA/Asia Pacific, Managing Director SIRVA Relocation EMEA, including during the IPO and Managing Director of Pickford Vanguard Industrial Engineering.
· Mike has significant experience as a trustee, independent advisor and as a volunteer.
